We coach using the Constraints Led Approach (CLA) methodology, so our room looks quite different than your typical jiujitsu class. We’re training live every round, every class, every session. The training protocols reflect the members in the room, offering a personalized approach to skill acquisition.

What is Jiujitsu?

Jiujitsu is a grappling system built around a simple constraint: in a one-on-one physical engagement, your goal is to restrain and submit the other player.

You will be challenged both physically and mentally. You have to solve problems under pressure, adapt to changing positions, and stay calm while someone else is trying to control you.

Jiujitsu isn’t theoretical. You test your solutions live, against fully resisting partners. That’s why people improve fast, and why the training feels addictive — you can immediately feel what works and what doesn’t.

Why Jiujitsu?

Realistic, Practical, Live Training

Jiujitsu is a grappling-based martial art. Because grappling is inherently safer than exchanging punches and kicks, you can train at higher intensities and pressure-test your skills against fully resisting partners — without sacrificing your long-term health.

Built For Everyone

Strength, size, and athleticism absolutely matter — but jiujitsu gives you tools to neutralize those advantages. Skill, leverage, timing, and strategy can give smaller or less athletic people an honest fighting chance.

Fitness That Comes From Doing

You don’t need to “get in shape” before starting. Training jiujitsu gets you in shape — fast. Our classes build functional strength, conditioning, mobility, flexibility, balance, coordination, and mental toughness.

Life Benefits Beyond the Gym

Playing with your kids becomes easier. You walk with a different kind of self-assurance. You handle stressful situations better because you’ve practiced staying calm under pressure. Jiujitsu teaches patience, resilience, and problem-solving that apply everywhere.
